I am so ready for spring, and it snowed yesterday!
My little boy is one of the most spoiled boys around. He really needs someone to share with. And no this isn't an announcement.
Brixton used to love nursery, would practically run when on route to the room. Now he does not like it at all. At the first of the year the time changed and so did the teachers. And if Mike or I aren't in there with him it is a sad story. Which makes it hard to teach relief society or be eq pres. when we are sitting in nursery.
I really need to paint- my kitchen, bathroom, and basement. If we are going to sale our house then these rooms really need to be painted a neutral color. I don't think it will sale with a green, red, and turquoise walls. And I have put it off because who knows when we are going to put it up. Maybe this summer, fall or next year. Sometimes I really want to sale, after all it is a buyers market. But I really like where we are, our neighbors and our ward!
I really want to chop my hair off. And I mean short, but I really want to grow it out too. And so I am trying desperately to be strong and not cut it!
I have fallen in love with running again. It took almost a year from when I did the mari. I don't know if I will ever run one again but I do know that if I do I won't be nursing a child. It took too much out of my bod!
Mike and I are going to New York in a couple of months and leaving Brixton for 7 days with my parents. I am excited but overwhelmed to leave him that long. I have only left him over night and so you can see my hesitance.
Brixton will be 2 in just 2 months. Really where did the time go! I love watching him grow into such a great little boy.
I think I am going to go back to school this summer.

I loved reading about what you guys have been up to. I'm in the same "to cut or not to cut" hair phase. I can't believe Brixton will be 2 in May!
I didn't know you guys were going to NY that is so awesome. That will be a fun trip and try not to worry about Brixton! Everyone is growing up so fast. I enjoyed your ramblings and I hope you guys had a fantastic trip! Love ya.
Oh you two are going to NY! That will be awesome. I agree that it is so hard to leave them, but just think how much fun he will have with Grandma and Grandpa! He'll love it there. So don't worry too much! It's such a needed thing in a relationship!
We miss you guys!
Thanks for the tips, Holly. I have tried those tortillas at a dinner party and loved them, thanks for reminding me they are from Costco!...and the fruit roll-ups sound dangerous. I am on a dried fruit kick right now. Sounds like my obsession is about to get worse :).
Yay for NY, that will be so much fun! And go for it...on the hair thing! And we will be in the Valley and even in SLC this weekend, I would love to see you! I'll call you!
Hey Holly, it was so good to here from you! Thanks for the comment on my blog! Your family is so cute! Good luck leaving your little boy for 7 days, I had to leave my 2 year old for 5 days and cried everyday! Krisann is up here in Logan working at a vet clinic, she loves it! Hope to hear from ya soon.
Hello Hammers! What a great blog you have, I love keeping up on it and don't comment enough. You are a great mom and have a darling family. Keep in touch and don't get overwhelmed with everything, just take it a day at a time and enjoy.
